Todd Griffiths is a recognised teacher with Yoga Australia and is an ongoing student of an Advanced Diploma of Holistic Classical Yoga Therapy at the highly regarded Greenwood Academy of Yoga. Yoga teachers officially need no formal training, and teacher training courses are held over as little as two weeks, but Todd has accumulated over 500 hours of training over many years of dedicated study; "I couldn't imagine teaching effectively without serious long term training and study and I think the quality of any yoga teacher's class directly reflects the time they have put into studying yoga teaching practice". While this style of teaching has natural flow in Todd's classes, it is a difficult skill developed over many years of training and study. Todd's yoga teaching style suits men and women, the young and the not so young, with excellent modifications and detailed instruction for students at all levels in the same class. The classroom is heated in winter and air conditioned in summer to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your yoga practice.
