What you should know about Greenwood Tennis Club
Greenwood tennis club, "shines again!! visitors are always welcome at greenwood tennis club. We are affiliated with tennis west, tennis seniors and ndta for inter-club competitions. All members playing during organised social times are not charged ball fees. They offer mixed senior social play on wednesday evenings 7pm - 10pm & saturday afternoons 2pm - 5pm. Junior social plays 4:30 pm to 6pm on wednesdays. We provide 12 lit hard courts, 4 blue & 8 green, as well as excellent club facilities at this complex. Greenwood tennis club, along with outlaws softball club and the warwick bowling club are other clubs affiliated with the warwick sports centre.
Greenwood Tennis Club was started in 1975 in the suburb of Greenwood. The vogue location was built for Greenwood Tennis Club to accommodate the need for more courts and larger facilities. In the 1990s, the Clubs courts were increased to twelve and new, modern club room facilities were built. These clubs have their own entrance and club rooms within the complex. We also have a cold drink and snack dispenser inner the club room.
We donate social play, inter club league competitions and coaching for beginners to state level players. In addition, the Club provides social events and novelty activities for all members to enjoy.
