I am a Qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Nutritional Medicine, and an Australian member of the Shadow Olympic team for the London 2012 Games for Taekwondo. FREE initial 30minute nutritional consultation (discuss your desired results, including portion guides, detailed index, Breakfast-Supper, advice for specific health concerns and more) 12 week personalised meal plan Monday-Sunday,  tips for staying motivated, likes/dislikes for foods, any aversions you have to foods, the foods you are eating now & when, goals that you would like to achieve, snacks and information specific to goals. Personalised Meal Plan $199. Repeat consults allows us to keep track of goals, work on weaknesses, increase nutritional education and accountability, keep motivated, create new habits as well as update any physical assessments. In an initial consult we will discuss your desired results, advice for specific health concerns and more,   tips for staying motivated, likes/dislikes for foods, any aversions you have to foods, the foods you are eating now & when, goals that you would like to achieve, along with some physical assessment Consult – 30minutes - $60. Initial Consult – 30minutes - $75. My service experience ranges from meal plans to ongoing one-on-one consults to group workshops and seminars. I have experience in weight loss, allergies, women's health, sports nutrition, mass gain, and more.
