The Pro defence Self Protection Seminars will teach our clients to identify, avoid and escape potential threatening and violent attacks. A lot of people have the 'It will never happen to me' attitude so when an attack occurs the victim is often taken completely by surprise because they are not prepared, did not know how to identify a potential attacker and therefore not able to avoid or act effectively in that situation. Every day the media reports on violent attacks that occur in our City and suburbs and a large percentage of these attacks could have been avoided or dealt with differently if the victims had been 'switched on' and had the ability as well as the knowledge to protect themselves. You should have the ability as well as the confidence to go wherever you want and not feel constrained by the fear of violence. Shouldn't you have the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones?
